New Volunteer Orientation

New Volunteer Orientation

December 2, 2014
6:00 pm
CORE
204 Sigma Dr.
Pittsburgh, PA 15238

So you’d like to volunteer for The Center for Organ Recovery and Education (CORE)? That’s great; CORE is pleased to welcome you to the Volunteers for Life program!  Volunteers for Life are tasked with informing others about the second chance at life donation and transplantation offers.  The first-step in becoming a CORE Volunteers for Life is the required new volunteer orientation. During the hour-long session, you will learn the basics of organ, tissue and cornea donation as well as information about CORE. After training, you will  also understand your rights and responsibilities as a volunteer for our organization. With your help, care and dedication, we are better able to inform the communities in our area about the importance of our mission. To register for the orientation, please email Katelynn Metz at Kmetz@core.org. Dinner will be provided.
