CORE Information Table at 2015 Pittsburgh Walk for PKD

CORE Information Table at 2015 Pittsburgh Walk for PKD

September 12, 2015 September 13, 2015
8:00 am
Pittsburgh Waterfront
149 W Bridge Street
Homestead, PA 15120

CORE volunteers will have an info table at the walk where they can answer questions about donation and register new organ donors. Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) — one of the most common, life-threatening genetic diseases — strikes both adults and children. It often leads to the need for dialysis and a kidney transplant. It affects thousands in America and millions worldwide, who are in urgent need of treatments and a cure. These walkers are devoted to supporting PKD research and creating better lives for those who have been impacted by PKD.

Schedule of Events:

  • Info table set-up: 8:00 a.m.
  • Check-in/Onsite Registration: 8:30 a.m.
