The CORE Beaver County Task Force will have a table at the Ohio River Trail Council (ORTC) Gear & Cheer Music Festival. The CORE volunteers staffing the table have been directly affected by organ donation and transplantation, and will be available to answer questions and sign up new donors! The ORTC Festival is comprised of environmental, educational, government, heritage, trail and outdoor groups primarily from Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia but also Maryland and New York. Festival free events includes kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing tournament, hiking, gear and arts & crafts vendors, and a live nine-hour music concert. Pay events includes a mountain bike race, 5K run/walk, kayak race, road cycling, rock climbing wall, auctions, raffles, food, drink, wine and beer tasting
